COVID-19 INFO

Here are the precautions and procedures we will be taking to ensure guest safety:

VENUE:

Both the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors. The venue can accommodate up to 200 people per current regulations, which is 50% of their usual occupancy to allow for social distancing. Social distancing will be encouraged during the event, and hand sanitizing stations will be placed around the venue. Masks are encouraged throughout the evening, and will be required in certain circumstances (see below).

CEREMONY SEATING:

Our ceremony will be held in the firepit area of the distillery courtyard. The ceremony will be short (about 10-15 minutes) and seating is not assigned. Please sit with your family group or stand further back if you’d like to social distance. Masks are encouraged for anyone not seated with their family group. Seats reserved for wedding party members and immediate family members will be marked.

COCKTAIL HOUR:

When ordering drinks at the bar, masks will be required. Be sure to get a new cup each time you visit the bar. Masks are not required while eating or drinking. Masked servers will be coming around with appetizers, served with tongs onto napkins. Distillery tours will be available during cocktail hour as well, with groups of 10 or less and masks required while inside the building. Alex&nder, Copper & Kings’ rooftop bar, will also be open for those wishing to do a spirits tasting or enjoy a cocktail not on our complimentary list (masks are required here).

DINNER SEATING:

Tables will be assigned for dinner, organized by family groups. Where family groups do not fill a table, a seat will be left open between couples (6 people will be seated at a table usually meant for 10). A plated salad and water glasses will be on the table when guests are seated. Dinner will be buffet-style, served by the caterer. When called, each table will go up one at a time to collect their pre-made plates and return to their tables. Masks are required when going through the buffet. Wedding cake will be served by the caterer as well.

DANCING:

The dance floor allows plenty of space for social distancing, which is encouraged. Masks are encouraged when not eating or drinking. A late-night snack will be served at 9pm, and masks will be required when visiting the snack bar.

ALEX+ASHLYN:

On our wedding day, we will have completed a 14-day strict quarantine to ensure we are both symptom-free, and have not been exposed to Covid. We are happy to hug, fist-bump, elbow bump, air high-five, or any degree of interaction with our guests that they are comfortable with. Please let us know how you want to congratulate us when we see you!

GENERAL NOTE:

We are very committed to following all public health guidelines and keeping everyone safe. Our venue is an operating distillery as well as an event venue, and they could lose their business license if guidelines are not followed. Please, if you are feeling sick or think you have been exposed to Covid-19 recently, we ask that you do not attend the celebration. Thank you for helping us celebrate safely!
